Servings: 1 Ingredients:

  • 3 blackberries
  • 2 ounces Simple Lemon Syrup
  • 1 ounce whiskey
  • crushed ice


  1. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake vigorously until blackberries start to break up to give a blush color
  2. Strain into glass packed with fresh crushed ice
  3. Garnish with additional blackberries


2. Summer Fruit Sangria

Servings: 8 Ingredients:

  • 6 cups assorted fruits (such as mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, and apricot), sliced or cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur
  • 1 bottle crisp white wine
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ice


  1. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine fruit, ginger, mint, and orange liquor. Mash gently with the back of a wooden spoon until mint is bruised and fruit releases juices.
  2. Add wine and lemon juice and stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour (or up to 1 day).
  4. To serve, fill glass with ice and top with sangria.


3. Moscow Mule

Servings: around 6 Ingredients:

  • 3 12 ounce bottles of ginger beer
  • 6 ounces lime juice
  • 6 ounces vodka
  • 2 fresh mint sprigs, leaves only
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges, for garnish


  1. Combine ginger beer, lime juice, and vodka in a large pitcher.
  2. Add mint leaves and pour over ice in glasses.
  3. Garnish with lime wedges.


4. Cherry & Cilantro Mojito

Servings: 4 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice, about 6 limes
  • 10 cherries, pitted
  • 4 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 8 sprigs of cilantro
  • seltzer
  • 6 ounces white rum


  1. Combine lime juice, cherries, and 4 sprigs of cilantro in a small pitcher; muddle and strain.
  2. Add rum and stir to combine.
  3. Place crushed ice in 4 cocktail glasses, distribute evenly and top off with seltzer.
  4. Garnish with cilantro sprigs and lime slices


5. Pink Tequila

  • 6 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 6 limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 10 oz white tequila


  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except for the tequila.
  2. In a pitcher, add a few cups of ice, and top off with tequila.
  3. Stir in the blender mixture to the pitcher.
  4. Serve over ice
