  • 1 egg yolk at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cut unsalted butter (1 stick), softened

  • 1 pie crust
  • 3 green apples diced
